B-Level Technician

Swift Automotive is currently interviewing for an open technician position. Swift Automotive is looking for a highly motivated, willing-to-learn technician with good social skills that is looking for a home with a very strong family-owned company now in our 27^th year of business. This position includes but is not limited to the following duties and job requirements.

Job requirements:

·        Must be a minimum of a B-level Technician with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience.

·        Previous experience with all makes and models, foreign and domestic.

·        Hungry to learn and succeed, driven to be the best.

·        Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record.

·        Must have own tools to perform and handle standard repairs.

·        Must be able to carry out accurate diagnoses of mechanical system problems.

·        Must be able to complete proper computer diagnosis.

Knowledge of the following items is a plus:

·        Mitchell system

·        Pro Demand

·        Identifix

·        Alignments

All Swift Automotive employees are required to:

·        Maintain/clean their working area/bay.

·        Properly maintain and clean shop equipment after each use.

·        Follow Swift Automotives' customer and safety policies.

·        Be able to work well with others, follow the lead and set good examples.

Pay: flexible depending on experience ranging from $32 - $38 per flat rate hour, allowing experienced techs to earn 60K to 100K yearly.
